Henry Ruggs III and Jaylen Waddle up for best receiver honor won by Jerry Jeudy last season

Jerry Jeudy has some familiar company on the watch list for the Biletnikoff Award as two teammates are also up for the honor this season.

Henry Ruggs III and Jaylen Waddle made the initial cut, but DeVonta Smith did not.

Jeudy won the Biletnikoff last season after leading the Crimson Tide with 68 receptions for 1,315 yards and 14 touchdowns. He was the second winner in program history, joining Amari Cooper in 2014. Justin Blackmon of Oklahoma State was the last repeat winner in 2010-11.

The Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes the season's outstanding FBS receiver in college football. Any player, regardless of position (wide receiver, tight end, slot back, and running back) who catches a pass is eligible for the award.

The semifinalists will be named Nov. 18.
