Kevin White on inactive list as a healthy scratch

Wide receiver Kevin White has fallen a long way.

When the Bears announced their inactive list, there was one surprise name on it and it wasn't Khalil Mack and Allen Robinson, although both of those players were on it.

Wide receiver Kevin White figured to get snaps with Robinson out due to a groin strain. Yet a few weeks after his big Hail Mary catch, White can't get on the active list to face Buffalo.

Instead, it would appear rookie seventh-round pick Javon Wims will get some playing time.

How far White has fallen.

Mack's ankle injury was expected to keep him sidelined another week, at least. Also inactive are cornerback Marcus Cooper, tight end Ben Braunecker (concussion), offensive lineman Ben Braunecker and defensive end Bilal Nichols (knee) Braunecker had been ruled out already and the Bears announced Saturday they were keeping Nichols in Chicago.

White should just be cut. The longer he's here the more embarrassing it is for the team
