Former Arizona State great and Hotshots wide receiver has made a touchdown catch in every game so far this season.
However, a last minute field goal by kicker Younghoe Koo sealed the Atlanta Legends' first ever win, 14-11, on Sunday.
Atlanta quarterback Aaron Murray completed 20-for-33 of his passes with 254 yards. He also led the team with 54 rushing yards on seven carries. Running back Denard Robinson scored the lone touchdown.
“The Legends played really well,” Hotshots head coach Rick Neuheisel said. “Aaron Murray was just as he was at Georgia. He was pretty darn good.”
Former Sun Devil linebacker Carl Bradford was the only Hotshots defender to get a sack.
The Hotshots have lost two games in a row after winning the first two games of the season. Attendance has been decreasing gradually since 11,751 came to Sun Devil Stadium. Only 8,865 were in attendance this week.
