From the Colorado Rockies

Tickets from the May 8 game are valid for the July 15, 12:10 p.m. game only. If fans cannot attend the July 15, 12:10 p.m. game, exchanges from the May 8 game may be made for any game throughout the remainder of the season — value for value, best available seating. Limits may apply. However, exchanges must be made prior to the first pitch of the rescheduled game.

Complimentary tickets have a value of zero dollars and therefore may not be exchanged.

Discounted tickets may be exchanged only for the amount paid to the Rockies and are subject to any constraints applicable to the original sale.

There are no cash refunds. Ticket exchanges will be accepted at the Coors Field Ticket Office and all Rockies Dugout Stores.

Tickets purchased via the secondary market for the May 8 game will only be valid for the rescheduled game. Secondary market customers that cannot attend the rescheduled date should contact the Customer Service Department from which the purchase was made. Secondary market tickets are not valid for exchange at Coors Field or the Rockies Dugout Stores.

The second game of the split doubleheader will be at its regularly scheduled time, 6:40 p.m. on July 15. Only tickets printed with July 15, 2019, 6:40 p.m. will be valid for the second game.

For the first game, Gates A and E will open at 10 a.m. and Gates B, C and D will open at 10:30 a.m. For the second game, all gates will open at approximately 5:00 p.m.

Parking lots on Monday, July 15 will open at 9:30 a.m.
