Outfielder Sam Hilliard, ranked the 10th best prospect in the Rockies system, has rallied from a slow start to the season at Triple-A Albuquerque. Hilliard, who leads the Isotopes with seven home runs and is tied with Roberto Ramos for the team lead with 25 RBI, has raised his average 74 points in the last six games.
Hilliard has 10 hits in his last 23 at-bats, raising the average from .167 to .241. Hilliard and Ramos are tied for fourth in the Pacific Coast League with the 25 RBI, and Hilliard is eighth in the PCL with the seven home runs.

High A Lancaster (10-12) lost 6-5 against Visalia (D-Backs). The JetHawks rallied for four runs in the fifth inning to tie the score. Luis Castro (.309) singled home two runs and stole home to score the game-tying run. Nate Harris (0-2, 7.36) gave up the game-deciding run in the seventh. He worked 2 2/3 innings, allowing three hits and that one run, striking out one. Casey Golden (.235) hit his sixth home run and walked twice. Will Gaddis (7.94) started and allowed five runs on six hits and four walks, striking out two.
Low A Asheville (7-14) lost 4-3 at West Virginia (Orioles). Closer Alex Martinez (0-1, 3.12) gave up a two-out, two-strike, two-run, walk-off home run to Dean Nevarez. John Cresto (.288) was 2-for-4 with a two-run, inside-the-park home run. Ryan Feltner (5.19) started and allowed two runs on four hits, striking out eight in six innings.
