The Rockies host Atlanta in a three-game series beginning Monday night.

The Braves arrive as one of the hottest teams in the NL. After being swept in a season-opening, three-game series at Phiadelphia they are coming off a 5-1 homestand that included sweeping the Cubs in a three-game series and taking two of three from the Marlins.

The Rockies, meanwhile, were just swept in a three-game series by the Dodgers, who outscored them a combined 29-14 in the Coors Field weekend series. They are 3-7 overall and tied with the Giants for last place in the NL West, five games back of the division-leading Dodgers.

The Rockies have won 7 of their lat 10 games against the Braves, including going 5-2 a year ago when the Braves took two out of three from the Rockies at Coors Field in the home opening series for the Rockies.

With David Dahl coming out of Sunday's game and unlikely to be available for the Braves series, the Rockies have seven of their anticipated 25-man roster sidelined, six of whom are in the injured list.
