Antonio Senzatela has emerged as one of the more consistent members of the Rockies rotation. In five of his last six starts, he has allowed two or fewer runs. He had a no-decision against the Dodgers last Sunday, but allowed only two runs and six baserunners in 6 1/3 innings.
Ryu has been the NL's most consistent starter this year, and a candidate to start the All-Star Game. He is 1-0 in his last two starts against the Rockies, allowing one earned runs and 10 hits in 13 innings.
The current Dodgers have limited appearances against Senzatela, but a combined .233 average in the 43 at-bats with only one home run and three RBI. Nolan Arenado has had success against Ryu, hitting .571 with three home runs in 21 at-bats.
