The Astros are the Rockies "Inter League rival," and so as well as playing AL East teams this year, they have a four-game series with the Astros, the first two of which are at Coors Field on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Astros placed Brad Peacock on the injured list after his Thursday start, and will turn to rookie Jose Urquidy, a 24-year-old right-handed pitcher from Mexico, to start Tuesday's game. It will be his Major League debut. Urquidy opened the season at Double-A Corpus Christi, but was promoted to Triple-A Round Rock, where he is 3-1 with a 2.89 ERA, and is coming off a Thursday start in which he worked six shutout innings.

The Rockies will have shortstop Trevor Story back on the active roster Tuesday. He was on the 10-day Injury List because of a sprained right thumb, but played on Saturday and Sunday for Triple-A Albuquerque.

The Rockies split four games with the Astros last year, and were swept in four games in 2015.

Both teams are 4-6 in their last 10 games.
