Rockies starter Antonio Senzatela is making his second career start against the Reds. He has had a season of being really good or struggling. In his last seven starts, he is 4-2 with a no-decision. In the two losses he has given up 15 runs in 8 1/3 innings. In the five other games he has allowed 10 runs in 30 innings. Reds starter Tyler Mahle is 2-9 this season, including 0-4 in his last five starts.

Senzatela has faced only eight players on the Reds roster, and none of them have more than three plate appearances against him. Mahle has held Nolan Arenado hitless in five at-bats, but Charlie Backmon is 4-for-5 against him.
