OUTLOOK: Nicknamed ‘Big E,’ he moved to center in 2017 but has also started games at left tackle, left guard and right tackle. He has been called the eyes, ears and brains of the offense by his head coach Joe Moorehead, which is high praise considering that the Bulldogs have had one of the best offensive line units in the country over the past few years. Physically and athletically, Jenkins is one of the safest players entering this year’s draft.
