Kansas streak of consecutive Big 12 championships came to an end on Tuesday with an 81-68 loss to Oklahoma. The Jayhawks had several issues in dealing with the Sooners; one was keeping Kristian Doolittle out of the paint. Dolittle touched up KU for twenty-four points and eleven rebounds.
KU also had no answer for Brady Manek who hit three times from beyond the arc in scoring twenty-one points.
Self gave an interesting answer when asked about Oklahoma's tournament chances, and says inexperience was not an excuse for the Jayhawks road struggles.
