AP Poll: Oregon checks in at No. 20 for second straight week

Sets up big showdown with No. 7 Stanford this weekend

Undefeated at 3-0, Oregon remained at No. 20 in the nation in the latest AP Poll released Sunday morning. The Ducks beat San Jose State 35-22 in last weeks final non-conference game of the season.

Oregon will have a chance to move up in the rankings when the Ducks welcome No. 7 Stanford to the confines of Autzen Stadium on Saturday night. ESPNs College GameDay will be in attendance and the game will kickoff at 5 p.m. on ABC.

Stanford (3-0) is the Pac-12s highest ranked team while Washington (2-1) is the final conference team among the top-25, checking in at No. 10.

USC and Arizona State were both ranked entering last weekend but after suffering losses, dropped from the rankings.

Alabama is the clear No. 1 team in the nation as quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has the Crimson Tide offense among the best in the nation to go with their typical dominant defense.

Georgia, Clemson, Ohio State and Oklahoma round out the top five.

In the Amway Coaches Poll, Oregon moved up four spots to No. 19
