After a 34-point thrashing of Bowling Green last week, the Ducks have plenty to smile about heading into this week’s matchup with Portland State.
One of the highlights last week was the play of the offensive line. As a unit, they helped Oregon to 504 total yards, 212 of which came via the rush. After a performance like that, the unit now finds clarity amongst themselves, according to Oregon’s released depth chart.
From left to right, the listed starters against Portland State are freshman Penei Sewell, junior Shane Lemieux, junior Jake Hanson, junior Dallas Warmack and junior Calvin Throckmorton. In last week’s depth chart, Sewell, Warmack and Throckmorton were all listed as “OR” starters but are now clearly defined with the first team.
Jacob Breeland has secured the starting tight end position after Cam McCormick was lost for the season when he broke a bone in his leg last week.
Other highlights include outside linebacker Lamar Winston Jr. and cornerback Deommodore Lenoir still listed as starters after leaving the game against Bowling Green with injuries.
