Kenny Vaccaro practices fully, Jurrell Casey out second straight day

Kenny Vaccaro was back and practicing fully for the Titans on Wednesday, but Jurrell Casey sat out a second straight day

Tennessee Titans safety Kenny Vaccaro, who is in the concussion protocol, practiced fully on Wednesday, which is a good sign that he could play Saturday against the Washington Redskins.
Vaccaro suffered the concussion in the first half of Sunday’s 17-0 win over the New York Giants and did not return to the game.
Meanwhile, defensive lineman Jurrell Casey missed a second straight practice with a knee injury, while outside linebacker Brian Orakpo remains out with an elbow injury that sidelined him last week. Outside linebacker Sharif Finch is also likely out with a shoulder injury, leaving the Titans potentially thin at that position.
Inside linebacker Wesley Woodyard turned up on the report Wednessday as he did not practice due to a back injury.
On offense, receiver Tajae Sharpe did not practice due to his ankle injury for a second straight day. New tight end Cole Wick, who suffered a shoulder injury his first day with the team, was limited Wednesday, as was running back David Fluellen, still trying to return from a knee injury.
Of those who did not practice or were limited Tuesday, safety Brynden Trawick (illness), quarterback Marcus Mariota (foot) and guard Josh Kline (knee) were all full participants.
