Cousins enjoyed work with Kevin Stefanski, hopes the Vikings coordinator returns

Kevin Stefanski was the interim offensive coordinator for the final three games.

Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins was asked after Sunday's season-ending loss if he would like interim offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski to return.

Minnesota's offense had performed well in the first two games under Stefanski until a disappointing effort in Sunday's loss to Chicago.

"I’ve enjoyed working with Kevin," Cousins said. "He’s a great person, a great football mind. He’s been here a long time. But he’s going to have options too, so hopefully he wants to work with me. It goes both ways. He’s been a joy to work with.”
